Galtona the law

Galton, -, nglish psyhologists the anthropologist sin.: the law of returning to rae, the law of regress) - a rule aording to whih average value of any quantitative attribute for desendants of the ertain group of parents is between average values of this attribute for the given group of parents and for a population.
